So tonight I tackled some meal prep fro lunches this week. I went with buffalo chicken with blue cheese quinoa.
It came out pretty good! I ate the leftovers for dinner tonight. I try to make healthy version of things I like. And I LOVE chicken wings! So this should help satisfy that craving.
